I downloaded it then try running it..... nothing happens :/  please help =( 

Probably gonna need more details than this. Still not working? If just nothing happens typically the fix is to uninstall all remnants of Java and download the latest one. If you have multiple versions of Java on your computer sometimes it can cause a conflict.

yeah u need java before u download it, then open the file with .jar
