Hello guys,

I'm here to help you to lose weight!

Oke first of u need to calculate your calories: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm this site u can calculate it.

i need atleast

- 1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight

- 0.5gram of fat per pound of bodyweight

- the rest of the calories u fill with carbohydrates.

Do u need to do cardio to lose weight?

The answer is NO! the reason why is because it's calories in VS calories out so if your body needs 2500 calories to maintain weight if u eat 2000 calories it means ur body is out of energy and grabs fat/with a little muscle/water weight thus means that u losing weight. I myself recommend doing cardio because it's healthy and increases the metabolism so you can eat more and enjoy food!

IIFYM:

If It Fits Your Macro's means as long as you get your macro needs you will reach your goal.

I recommend taking 10/20% of daily calories from junk food or if u want to stay clean u don't have to.

Food:

What I eat in the morning is:

Glass of coffee, bowl of oats with skimmed milk and bananas and some whey protein vanilla.

I recommend eating complex carbohydrates those are the carbs that make u fill longer and its healthy.

Proteins should come from meat, fish, milk, quark, cottage cheese just read behind the bottle the information about the macro's.

Wow I don't lose weight?

Decrease calories 10-20% or add more cardio.

Do i need to lift weights?

Hell yeah u need all athletes lift weights how do u think that usain bolt is so fast? he squats 150kg+

Benefits: Bone density, muscle mass, healthy...

Does weightlifting stunt growthin teens?

I started at the age of 13 I was 1,69m tall thats like 5'6 1/2 at the age of 16 i was given a growth spurt now im 18 and 1,97m tall thats 6'7 or something.

You need to lift correctly otherwise u can get injury's.

What weight lifting exercises?

Squat Trains all muscle

Deadlift the beast exercise to get a huge big back and legs

Benchpress big chest triceps/shoulders

Bent over row trains the middle bank spinal erectors

Pull  ups/ Chin  ups trains back and arms.

Cardio is great for starting weightloss as it makes the body lose water weight. Also I don't recommend young kids under 15 to start squatting and dead lifting . Not only does it increase chance of stunting growth but these compress the spine and can damage youre lower back. Your body is still developing. I would only recommend push-ups, dips and pull-ups. After 16 u can start doing squats etc. main reason is your body is so underdeveloped at the ages of 14 that stress can cause negative effects on not only the body and immune system.

The stunting growth thing is actually a huge common misconception. What makes you appear shorter is bad posture (not maintaining thoracic extension) which can be further brought out by squatting with bad form. As for lower back injuries, bad form is the culprit of this as well.

Most kids under 15 just walk into a gym and start messing around without knowing how to perform exercises which isn't surprising.

Watchout guys while doing deadlifts, have really straight back, dont lift too heavy, or next morning you will feel bad technique.

Some good information, however I do believe it is -near- impossible to gain muscle, while losing fat. It is true that some "newb" lifters can do this, but it usually just stimulating the muscle, and causing a pump. While burning more calories. Generally you've got to eat 500 calories surplus to gain muscle, but that is in conjunction with lifting weights, and the extra calories really should be carbs. To lose weight, you've got to eat 500 less then required calories a day, you could do this and lose near 1lb a week of fat, however if you throw in weight lifting, you'll have a good pump, and use more calories a day.
