I've recently decided to make a return to 07 Runescape. I was thinking about buying some 07 gold to make my life a bit easier in game as I'm quite busy between general life and my job. Then I got thinking about the possibility of running multiple bots that are all making money at the same time (like gold farmers and what-not do).

Could anyone possibly offer me any advice? Obviously I am prepared to put in a fair amount of money towards a stable, effective bot program that can handle multiple bots at the same time as well as buy various accounts to carry out whatever task is deemed appropriate.

I'm aware that I can upgrade my OSBot in order to allow myself to have several tabs running at the same time. I'd just like to know if there's any alternatives?

Is botting drags for the hides and bones still a thing? How much would a program such as that cost, and where would it be available? Have Jagex become more efficient in detecting and banning botting accounts?

As you can tell, I don't have a lot of knowledge about OSRS, I haven't even made my account a member yet.

2nd Question. No, but you can have two tabs open.

I highly recommend start botting with mirror client - so my advice is you should subscribe VIP.

Yup trust me you'll want vip for more bot tabs and the mirror client. I also recommend not botting in f2p or any very common botting areas. Woodcutting, fishing, etc.

Research, botting bans have gone down but still happen, never bot an account your not willing to lose, and best of luck
