Today im buying prive socks proxy for my botting accounts. But problem is i've botted at my home IP with these bots, which i use for my main... is there any chance jagex will ban my main which ive used for my home IP if i get banned on proxy with bot accoutns ive used on home IP.

No. from my experiance of botting on 20+ accounts over the years jagex will never chain ban on a ip not even mules, they will only ban the account that is being botted not any other accounts associated with the ip unless you also bot on that one.

Only account that you directly bot will be banned, if you do not bot your main, or use the injection client to play on your main you should be safe.
