What exactly is the remote server?

because its blocked on my school : so that prevents me from botting while im on school.

And is there a way to start the bot withouth the remote server?

    I'm training for application developer, so i basically have my pc ready 7 hours a day when im on school.

    but i think they blocked a certain port or something...
