Explanation: Bought proxy from him. Logged on for 1h and got banned. I believe the ip was flagged and asked for a new ip which he agreed on. The T.O.S says that i can get a new ip if the ip i got became flagged after 24h.

They seem like really nice people, but i can't wait days before i get this new ip. And i feel as a costumer that i dont need to make a tri*** account just to get in touch with him.

I made @TiempoSales aware about this dispute and placed him into TWC.

He has 24h to refund you/ replace the proxy or he will get permanently banned as this isn't the first time he is involved in flagged IP's.

Thank you! Lost an old account which had never been botted on. If he just sell flagged ip's i demand a refund.

Tried contacting them several times. They are both away. Idk what to do?

@TiempoSales failed to response and refund you within the given time-frame.

I went ahead and banned him.

If he wishes to return to osbot, he will have to refund you in full.
