Client is not saving the dismiss all random events option

Everytime i re open the client i have to go to my account and check dismiss all randoms and save. is this happening to anyone else?

Mine are already unchecked. Never had to alter anything in my client.

This is supposed to be standard, right? Maybe re-download the client?
