Got this error too on the client.

Hey guys, 

 

Go to control panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall all verisons of Java (you will problem have a 32 and 64 bit java installed)

Install 32 bit java 

That should fix it, This worked for me! :)

    I fixed mine buy downloading the windows C++ link on here thats now sorted it .

    Remove all java
    download x86 version online
    load up firefox and bot!

    Mirror mode still isn't working for me. Only have 32 bit java installed with no other java installed on my computer. Tried both mozilla firefox in browser and the oldschool rs official client, neither are working for me.

    EDIT: Never mind just restarted the computer and got it working.
