Looking to buy skiller/pure [PA/PP]

Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy two types of accounts. For the skiller, i want one or more of the following stats(and if it is a pure, I'll pay higher):

76+fishing, 85+cooking --->needs both

For the pure I want the following stats:

40+ attack,
75+ strength,
70+ range
60+ mage,

The account must have avas. If the pure comes with good skilling stats, I'll pay more.

I'm willing to pay good amount, but not overpaying, for both accounts. If it is via PA, I may cover the fees. I would prefer PA as it allows both users some security.
