Ever heard of it? I accidentally downloaded it and bow my browsers are fucked up, is it still safe to play rs in the normal browser?!

Run a virsus/maleware scan and delete it.

 

If you did not download it from any runescape related stuff I highly doubt that someone hacks your account.
