I had 99 Construction before EOC and these are what i trained with.

Definitely add butler option(put in check mark box then scroll down for which butler)

*require for users to have house in Yanille(there might be a level requirement, not sure but it would make banking a hell of alot easier) if under level 55 or do not have teleports/and teleport to house method, and are not using butler(most people use butler but some might not want to use their money and will bank).
