Since RS has a lot more players now, normal worlds that aren't usually full are now full. If any of your accounts have to world hop for whatever reason, and it chooses a world that is full on the list, it simply won't be able to click and, thus resulting in the account getting stuck on the world selection list. 

 

Also, the speed of world hopping could really improve. From when the account logs out to actually clicking the world select button, there's about a 5 second wait period. Once it actually picks a world, there's another 5 second wait period before it will start to type in the login info, and another 5 second wait period for it to click the "Click here to play button", so its almost a total of 15 seconds of wasted time.
