Not to sound rude mate, you barely have any feedback, if you have offsite to include I may be able to go further, but as it stands right now - PayPal is extremely hard to not get a chargeback off.

Then I would recommend offering more per mill :P Most resellers sell amounts like that for 2.7/m +
