I could complete this for you. As I'm not very trusted I would want to use a Verified Middle man. Or I could just do a quest, you pay for that quest, I do another, you pay, etc. However I would love to do this as I've done many of those quests multiple times before.

 

EDIT: actually seeing that you're a sponsor I wouldn't mind doing the quests/skills first, and then receiving the pay after.
