The best is if you choose a script, to read the threads of each script and see what other users used to comment. I would start the account legit till you hit a few lvl's. Or maybe you even remember an old account you made? No matter if it has stats Jagex monitores new accounts very close. (Keep in mind that this is my personal opinion) Good luck! If botting wc for 5 hours, prob baby sit or join a minigame cc and talk a bit and then if botting again bot or a nother skill etc etc. I mostly use private scripts, never got banned.
