E.g you have a business, let's say an online shop.

You may want to comment on pictures with the tag #sneaker or #style something like "oh cool, check out our page we offer awesome outfits". 

This way you get potential costumers to your page and grow your traffic.

 

No one has time to comment this on his own, so you use a bot.

 

 

If you use this for your private profile the answer would be more followers #instafame or whatever, i don't understand this either.

 

For business it's a great way to grow a community and get traffic to your onlineshop though.

why would you want an instagram bot..?
