Does it make a difference if you are 99att/str/def/hp and 1 prayer

or 99 att/str/def/hp and 43 prayer ?

I'm a moderately aware staker,
and as far as I know,
Prayer level being low is only advantageous for staking,
and that too when you are NOT maxed,
as your combat level is lower (so you tend you have stats on your opponents,at times even combat levels higher to you)

but not in the case of maxed,
as it DOES NOT matter if you have 99 atk/str/def and you're 110-114 CB or if you're 126 and maxed.

It's advantageous to every staking build except max,
Max is purely 50-50.
