so basically i have seen in 1 chat, forums, runescape chats, that ppl have that addiction to  write ":)" on the end of their sentence, does it mean that they are high, smoking marijuana and they feel ))) all the time

heres an example(dw its not associated with botting, its an cs 1.6 forum chat), look at that green guy, after every phrase, that doesnt even make sense lol.
