so basically i have seen in 1 chat, forums, runescape chats, that ppl have that addiction to  write ":)" on the end of their sentence, does it mean that they are high, smoking marijuana and they feel :)))) all the time

heres an example(dw its not associated with botting, its an cs 1.6 forum chat), look at that green guy, :) after every phrase, that doesnt even make sense lol.
