Updated to the new 1.7.17 and deleted the java file 1.7.13
I did not touch the Osbot folder and the scripts are still there but when I load the bot it says loaded 0 local scripts

I did not touch anything and folder is in its same exact directory as always.

Try removing all the local scripts and add them back one at a time. That is the usual cause for a new script being added, but it doesn't seem like you did that. Still worth a try.

Yeah, removing and adding them again basically "refreshes" the script list.
