They are mostly found in the Taverley, Edgeville, and Yanille dungeons.

What are the pros and cons of each location?

None really, just depends on which place has least people. Most places only have 1-2 people there at a time so it doesn't really matter.

The one in edge is in the wilderness, so that is a disadvantage, but it is closer to the bank than the one in taverly.
