Action through boolean?

Featured Replies

I've been writing an alchemy script in .groovy but am having trouble adapting to the form, so have reverted back to safe old java syntax (I assume it's still supported due to groovy only being a plugin) and am finding it much easier; the only problem I'm having is, rather than using a switch in the loop call, I'm using a simple ternary operator to determine the action however it seems that any of the operations that result in the bot DOING something within the game are booleans.

The reason I bring this up is because I can't see any reason, even in groovy form, for this to be the case so I'm assuming there's something I'm not aware of restricting the operations to booleans and am hesitant to attempt to run the boolean in an 'if' statement within a void called by the loop.

Also, is it the case that the bot requires a number returned for an internal sleep() function after each operation within the game?

Thanks for any assistance anybody can offer. Oh, and please forgive any nomenclature I may have messed up; I've only learned Java by teaching myself so I'm not 100% certain over how to communicate the language in words.
