You do know you can only train all, or defence with guthans?

So its like 20-30k/hr with controlled on all three. So yeah 60-90k/hr.

I've been getting like 40k/hr doing it on Def only, but i'm only 73str.

Sucks there's no way to bypass the 6 hours, but it isn't that bad. 6 hours at 40k/hr is 240k exp.

240k Exp I didnt have to sit at my computer to do. xD Past two days, I've gotten 70-76 defence, 66k to 77. I enjoy it a lot.

Another thing that sucks is after the 6 hours, your armor is basically destoryed, so you'll have to repair it, so its like 120-200k down the drain. xD

Herb boxes though.. ;D

I mean, controlled isn't that bad. You are getting 30k/hr in 3 stats, plus the hp exp. xD

Also, I advise if you're doing this, Don't use a host that has witch. It's very annoying for afk(as it drains your stats.) and if you aren't overloading, you can get down to like 40def. Lowest I got to was 50. Was no fun.

there are standard hosts like nmz host or w/e they are known for hosting ;p

There's Hard/Normal MTD hosters(Mountain daughter)

Then there's Guthan hosts, but a good portion of them have witches experiment which is annoying as hell..

I get 85k in one skill with bandos on and I can afk it for about an hour and a half
