Wanting to bot just one account to make some cash for my main. Wondering what is the proper techinque and what has a lower ban rate money wise? Woodcutiting mining etc.

don't bot on accounts you care about, don't get caught gold farming on your home ip you play on because then all the accounts that have been on that ip get banned. and don't bot on accounts you care about

 

try to only use premium scripts on a proxy or vps

If you're gonna bot on your main for money making purposes, i would suggest tab making if you got the required levels. Other wise do Law making/Runecrafting. Final option is hunting red chins from 63 Hunter. Can't think of any other big methods right now. Hope this helped. 

Everyone has their own methods/theories. Who knows if they are true or not. The best advice I could give you is try a few things out that work for you and just make sure home ip does not get banned.

If you want to actually make money and not get banned. Find a private method, and either make a script for it or find someone to do it for you. A lot of us scriptwriters will make a free script for someone if the method is decent and we can end up using it ourselves as well on our accounts. So it ends up being a win, win situation.

If you bot, you better be prepared for a ban. However, things like botting few hours a day while doing 1 quest inbetween, talking in mod marks cc while you babyst your bot (lol) and switching up the botting instead of botting 1 thing all the time can probably delay the ban.
