My PC is messed up..

So i recently upgraded my pc and it is not performing as i thought it would be

It stated on various websites that it would get solid 40-60 fps on high res settings in certain games but now when i start a game, my pc freezes instantly

 

I must say that before i formatted my whole pc, games ran... mwa pretty well on medium settings.

 

I hope someone can help me out because this is really stressing me out,

yeah man, as far as i know

 

Do you know any software that checks everything for updates? 

pirated or whatever.
