@Asap Ferg came in chat saying very hateful things and said he messed up a pure by purposefully getting 2 defence on it. I don't know all the context but here is some proof.

 

TOS or not, it's pretty clear that @James was trying to trick @Shicky into this otherwise he would've stated that there was going to be no refund before he made @Shicky confirm that he wanted to cancel the service. In addition to that only a very small part of the order was actually completed so @James will have to refund the rest of the amount if he wishes to return to the community.
