Dex Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 TOS or not, it's pretty clear that @James was trying to trick @Shicky into this otherwise he would've stated that there was going to be no refund before he made @Shicky confirm that he wanted to cancel the service. In addition to that only a very small part of the order was actually completed so @James will have to refund the rest of the amount if he wishes to return to the community. 3
