Gotta admit it looks pretty cool with 1 attack and strength at that def level, I'm no staker myself but I would listen to the guy mentioning mageboxing.

Mage boxing or you could make it an maxed account but that would take ages

keep 1 att/def train your range to about 90 and then you can magebox/range it would be a perfect acc
