For 2x acc. But he Refused to use Probemas (second trusted member on OsBot) as a MM. 

Seems sketchy. I might be wrong, but we didnt made a deal.

 

 

Also check on his TOS on nr:4.
He accepts to use MM on TOS but actually wont.

i'm accepting a mm for big orders if a client wants the order that you are giving me is small and if i use a mm for such a small amount it makes me look like a total noob and that i cant be trusted with such a small amount..That is the reason why i dont want to use a mm for such a small order.

Middlemans = try to make a transaction safer, no matter how big the order is or how small, it makes a neutral party join. And btw IMO you are a newb so k.

DO you know what you are saying? you would take a middle man for a 15m order? that will make you look like your are a noob and not trusted at all before you say something think about it man..
