Is there any way that someone can guarantee an account that they are selling wont be recovered? 

If an account can be recovered any time is pretty scary how if a trusted person scam quits, he could take back all the accounts he sold o.o

No, there is ALWAYS a chance that the owner takes it back, i would ALWAYS ask everything he knows about it, and the e-mail to the account, make it as hard as possible for him

You need to think they are trusted enough that they won't scam quit.

And no, there is no way to secure an account so it isn't recoverable by the seller.

Otherwise people would be getting into account merchanting.

Buy from a trusted seller.
