    The thing is every new account I make gets locked so I can't even play rs anymore.

    I bought a vpn and it still didn't work, the accounts i made kept getting locked :s

    I really don't know what to do....

    Locked as in I have to recover them to be able to play again. After I unlock them they get locked again. :s
