I Agree To Some What of what you said.

Lets say you did a service for someone by hand and then after 12 hours of legit work and the account gets banned, the service person doing the service should not be held responsible for a delayed ban, BUT i think if the service worker is in control of the account for longer then 24hours then they should be fully responsible for any bans during their service.
