I think he may be looking to scam again.

I owe him 6.56M 07gp thats why I decided to post this because I will pay his victims if he scam-quits

 

The user is already in the TWC usergroup. Without actual evidence of him scamming we cannot simply ban him, he appears to have always settled his disputes on the other forums so I cannot take any further actions as for now. Users should always think twice before trading someone with the TWC rank, that's why we have it in the first place.
