Explanation: I bought an account (lvl 117) off extraengima about a month ago. It was a smooth buy and everything went well. I'm lucky to have bought it off someone that's actually trustworthy. The problem here involves the website www.playerauctions.com where I resold the account after I maxed it out. The account was locked, and the buyer that I sold it to is trying to scam.

The account I sold on the site comes with insurance. He has fb on the site recovering payments he made for accounts, which is a warning in itself. He has already went ahead and started a dispute regarding the account. He also tried to imposter a playerauctions rep on skype (I don't know how he thinks I could be so stupid) saying I've committed a felony and the site will take "necessary judicial actions" against me.

The account was locked, and so I asked extraengima to recover it and set the email to mine and I would take care of it. However, extraengima is hesitant as now, he's got both people asking for the account. So he wants a mod to weigh in before doing anything, just to be safe.

Evidence: I don't know how things work with an off site related dispute, so if necessary, I will post evidence to everything I claimed above.

in control of the account and willing to register the email as soon as a mod tells me who to register.  my evidence is

1. skype with impassive which neither of us dispute was for me to gain access to the account as it was locked after he sold on player auctions.

2. pm from supposed buyer http://imgur.com/hsw2AKs

my thinking is my only interaction were with impassive and through osbot so im obligated to return him the account.  however i see three possible outcomes and will wait for mod to tell me which to do

1. return account the impassive and let him deal with p/a mitsamoo

2. give account to second buyer if he post evidence he is rightful owner (this was the original plan but buyer has not responded to my pm and opened a p/a distpute on impassive)

3. wait for results of p/a dispute and move from there.  i do not have a player autions account so i will not be posting there.  i have informed mistamo on skype of dispute and informed him i will give the account based on its results.

Haha, you still think I'm trying to scam you even when you have the account? That makes no sense at all. I have feedback on PA saying I've recovered payments? Please, point this out to me. I'd love to see this. Only refunds I request are when people recover the accounts I've purchased. Much like our current situation. The account was locked, I reported that to Playerauctions do to my past experiences, and they are dealing with it. You and your friend can discuss the account, because I'm finished messing with you. You're so unprofessional it's not even funny. Playerauctions requires sellers to give ALL information about the account to the buyer so he can gain ownership of the account. For instances like this, the account was locked. I had to wait for you and your friend to recover it - wasting my time - when I could've recovered it easily with the info. But since you had not gave me ANY information AT ALL, I have zero ownership over the account.

It's impossible to scam with Playerauctions. And if it is possible, then I honestly have no idea how people do it. If someone is scamming, then that's putting themselves at risk for not getting a refund AND having that account they purchased be recovered. Why would I risk $350.00? You think you're smart, trying to turn this around and say I'm scamming you. But, obviously, you need to look @ Playerauctions TOS before you tell me what's going on.

I will be getting a refund from you via Playerauctions and you will have your account once you and your friend discuss things. You can have everything I put on that account because I honestly don't want to bother trying to get it from you. Have fun trying to sell the account in the future, thanks for letting me play on it for 10 days. I appreciate it.

Well, I suppose the outcome of this is clear. Judging from what the buyer posted, it looks like me and him will be settling this via player auctions. Can a mod then tell extraengima to go forth with changing the email to one I will provide?

Has any progress been made so far?

I think extraengima just hasn't logged on since his last post. I have him on skype and I told him of the situation but he doesn't log in often so I think he's just yet to see it.

resolved on this end anyways the account has been returned to rich he now has email and password

Extraengima has taken care of this. This dispute can be closed. Thank you. :)
