Explanation - paid 4m for fire cape services, and provided extra money to pay for gear, waiting 4 hours and when i logged back on my account, the bank was cleaned.

The user has been notified of the dispute and has 24 hours to reply! He has also been put in the Trade With Caution usergroup for the remainder of the dispute.

I have banned the user as he has failed to reply to this dispute even though he logged in more than 12 hours after being notified.

He will need to refund you if he wants to return to the OSBot community.
