And a question that hasent been given much thought, but is it illegal to have a website that sells rsgp?

 

I mean even if I hosted it off-shore.

It's illegal based on RS term of service, but you can fight it easily by hosting offshore. 

 

Off-topic but I used to own runemarket.com or runemarkets.com or org... I forget it was 2011.
