Reason: He has botted on an account that was supposed to be done by hand, he denys everything but when I asked him about the str level he said arnd 53 when i reality 50.   The account was on around 24 hours ill say, and he "claims"  that his brother was on 2 hours 

 

 

  Also I think he was some-what impersonating a mod.

when i found the account after 19 hours of it being logged on, it was in some random spot in lumbridge castle, it had 3 items on it, a frog token like 3k gold 2 emeralds or some sort of gem a str potion and maybe another thing. But the point is i don't think he just sat there and solved randoms for 19 hours  

Those random, items were before during when I was training at my location. How do you know? Why did you change password/log onto the account, you know stan's 3rd T.O.S. I don't think so, please read it good, because you agreed to it, but didn't follow it. And stan, I was afk for 5minutes, and had got a random and died.

and unless you were training on lumbridge castle rats i don't know what kind of setup calls for some gems 1 str pot a frog token and gp
