I know that if I don't have breaks I will have a greater ban rate.  Any suggestions on how long my breaks should be and such?

Just letting you know, the ban-rate is more dependent on the script itself.

If your script you're using has a good anti-ban, then I wouldn't worry.
Change your breaks every time you bot, otherwise say goodbye to your account. If JaGeX sees that your account is logging in and out at those hours every day, they're going to know you're botting.
