I would appreciate it if someone knows it, need to know it, I think it's sort of a race game but I'm not sure about it.

Edited it, the image is now clearer&bigger.  I see it is 3rd out of x. And I some name or something in the most left fragment too.

And I think that there is a road, and some kind of logo, and a weird color combination in the highest fragment...

I know it's really hard and it's probably an old game (I only know some old games before 2000..)

Does anyone have an idea which game it is? Post it please.
