Explanation: I contacted him via skype I asked him if he still needed boosting he said yes. We agreed upon 10$ per division he was silver 3 and i boosted him to silver 2. After I got him to silver 2 I asked him if he could pay me by division then he removes me from his contacts on skype. I streamed the games so all the proof is here.
