I purchased something(unrelated to runescape or this forum) but didn't receive the item. I opened up a dispute but now it says I have to wait a certain amount of time. Is it possible to charge back the money instantly? 

So there's no way to chargeback instantly? 

Of course not.. They will probably ask for proof from the guy who "sold" you the item or from you
