Yes. This is essential for goldfarming.

For example usually I make accounts in batches of 10's, so I make 5 accounts, then refer 5, then get membership on the 5 referred. Then after membership is done on those whichever ones I have left (if not perm banned) I will refer new accounts with any previous accounts that had members on them, always utilising refer a friend.
