AFK training question

Im sure most of you guys are familiar with afk mage training in pvp worlds... i was wondering if theoretically, could the same method be used on a def pure training @ monks? My account has 1 att 1 str... so i only hit 1's and not often. Is there something special i have to do for it to not log out, or will i stay logged in for 6 hours straight?

Do you mind sharing your method for 1 1 99, either here or pm? Im really interested in making this account smile.png

1-60 afking on monks, once ur 60 with torso obby shield d boots fury b ring etc,

you can hit 3's with super str pots

so i take 14 super strs and 14 super attacks and go to seagulls, u must remain (6) str to hit theses you get around 5.5-6k exp an hour

85-99 go to pest control, chop trees with hammer repair barricades.

orion has a 3c8e59066d.png Next change so u can hover ur mouse over the pots before it go's down to maximize ur pots.

10-20 minutes is godlike afking to me tongue.png.

what i would do is play a game called

"gunz2 the duel" and every round went for 15 minutes after a round finished id click on the runescape screen then go play another game.
