Happened to me the first time too, they said I couldn't order with a VPN and/or Proxy and they refunded my money. I re-ordered without using a vpn and it was delivered within minutes.

Just bought gold off there site and the live chat is unresponsive and I haven't received any PM on where to receive my gold...

Your bought gold when the live chat clearly states "Offline Not Instant Delivery" , I was sleeping. However, Im now up and on please message our live chat.
