Explanation:

Okay basically I bought an account from @domdom and after one days use the account was banned. However, it was not from my one days use as I had only used the account on the Orion client and webclient I DID NOT USE A BOT ON THE ACCOUNT & after looking on RSBuddy for help and contacting jagexsupport the account had a delayed ban for macroing/botting on it BEFORE I bought the account.

Though I was under the impression that the account that I was purchasing was legit and only had one previous owner and that the 2 day ban that wasnt clearly stated ( nor did the thread follow the rules provided) was previously for macroing because the seller had not told me otherwise.
Then on skype the seller made me leave a non-legally binding note to say that I will not charge back and made me leave the payment to Friends/Family, meaning I would be unable to do anything after the account was banned.

During the conversation with the seller he said this

Meaning he was aware that the account may be banned for botting yet he did not tell me this before selling me the account.

After the account was banned, I turned to RSBuddy and @JagexSupport for help resolving this issue and then I was told that my account was banned for botting.

This means that the seller had been botting atleast 7 days before the purchase of the account, which again I was not made aware of.
This lead me to contact the seller and then finally after the account was banned I was made aware after being none the wiser as it was down to the seller to mention that they were the original owner in the thread that they were not the original owner.

If I had known that the seller was not the original owner, that the 2 day ban was for macroing and that they had botted on the account within the previous 7 days to me buying the account, I would not of purchased the account.

Alright, this guys ridiculous lmao, heres the first thing i'd like to post - http://gyazo.com/f543ace57a752049a75fa50e6f6ddf79 to prove that i applied membership the day BEFORE i sold him the account. 3rd of all, the Paypal note, i do that to everyone in order to prevent chargebacks. 4th of all, what would be the point of me selling you the account and it getting banned? What benefit does that provide me with. Thanks for reading.

'wasnt clearly stated' clearly states in the thread that it has a 2 day ban lmao..

I cant provide you with the account management as I cant get onto the account due to its restriction.

& no it doesnt provide any benefit to you, but if you had stated that the ban was for macroing, not just 'a 2 day ban' and that you were not the original owner I wouldnt of gone through with the purchase. 

And it was down to you to provide me with that information as it is in the rules of that section to provide it in the thread, so I was lead to believe as I was not told otherwise that you were the original owner etc.

You can get on to the account lmao.. My account got perm banned for macro and i'am able to get on it.. So stop lying and show what i asked for. And what i said was enough, if you wanted more specific details you should of asked.

Are you disregarding the evidence that I have provided that clearly confirms by jagex support that I cant get onto he account as 'access to the account has been removed'.

Here is my email inbox, up to the email from paypal confirming the purchase/money sent. As you can see I havent changed the password from the one you gave me.

If you dont believe me, anyone that wants to try to access the account if they dont believe me the login is:

and whether I should have asked for that information or not is disputable but you should have provided it regardless due to there being these rules-

 

Stop avoiding the membership picture pls, and it only says 'account status' which one would assume is simply stating if it has any bans, it doesnt say to specify what kind of ban.

and how would we know you're telling the truth that that is the correct login? In addition to that, you have no proof that i botted, of which i didnt, and if you were able to get on the account, of which you should be able to, i could prove that it was impossible for me to bot.

PS is there anyway of checking if any scripts were ran on my OSBot account? @Maldesto @Alek

There was a picture of my inbox ( the one that you changed to the registered email on the account) that clearly showed the paypal payment ( which proves it is the correct email) and that there was no emails from jagex to say that I changed the password on the day after you had gave me the details, there were only emails that proved that I was unable to get into the account the day after.

 

In addition to this, I had given the password that you had given me in my previous post so that anyone could try to get onto the account and see the membership that you want yet it was removed, and they would not have been able to got onto the account anyway because as I have to keep reiterating access to the account has been removed.

Could i please get some Moderator input into these, as to where we stand with this dispute? Because in all honesty, this is the dumbest report ever, you're reporting me because i botted on the account.. Thats what this website is for, botting, but the thing is i didnt bot, as i applied membership the day before i sold you the account.

Moreover, as I have stated on more than one occasion what it comes down to (for me personally(disregarding everything else) is that you didnt post the correct information on the thread, for example- being the original owner, with the rules there you should have done that regardless doesnt matter if I should have asked for that information or not it should have been put into the thread due to the rules (which I will post again so you can familiarise yourself with them).

Furthermore, because of the lacking information I was allowed to be under the impression that yourself were the original owner as I had nothing to prove to me otherwise. However, if I had been notified of the fact that you were not before we had gone through with the sale then I would not have purchased the account from you.

Im not reporting you for botting on the account, if you have been reading my replies you may have an inclination as to what I'm on about, I can list them if you want me to?

Though I dont want to have to repeat myself again.

 

Please understand my feelings through this metaphor for my situation- If you bought a phone (or anything for that matter) be it second hand or new, and you had one days use out of it because then it became faulty or blew up then you would want your money back or a new phone etc.

The fact that i wasnt the original owner does not affect the fact that it got banned, so stop bringing up pointless points, and ffs, can we honestly have some moderator input?

 

Seeing as the disputer's main issue is that the account got banned after the sale and the seller has not specified whether he is/isn't responsible for bans, we go back to the OSBot Global TOS
