There have always been scammers ( Remember all of the Crazy devices made in the 20th century that could claim they did anything?) from the beginning of mankind possibly before ( Primates other than humans have scammers as well ). The amount has changed with population increase and the medium for scamming has changed from RL to Virtual. Scamming will adapt with time and that's what the internet has proven.

people are too scared irl. 

Why are you spamming the forums with your small and none enthusiastic posts? Simply just repeating the obvious to increase your post count?
