Explanation: I sold the user 10M through the ChatBox. We decided on the price of $3.2/M. The user sent $32, and today i open paypal to see that i have a negative balance of -15.97USD. On paypal the user did state that the item wasnt delivered, but instead he said that the money was "Unauthorized Payment".

Judging from the moment you left the feedback and from the moment you received the payment, we can deduce that the PayPal email is @TehMoment's email. He hasn't responded within the given timeframe either, so I went ahead and banned the user.
