When I negotiated terms with Freak after your 1-9, I said that I would not charge. That is the only time I logged onto the account to level, when it was a free service.

No, the service WAS 800k but I did not do or start the service. When we talked again, I changed it to FREE before ever levelling anything. 

so no Nick, there was NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER. No money was expected for the levelling when I logged on after runebotter did 1-9, and no money was exchanged as a result.
