Explanation: bought a 3month netflix guarantee like 2months ago, ran out, refuses 2 give another 1. Going to post evidence is the member is found, or not banned already.

We do not allow the sale of non-Runescape accounts so we cannot do anything! It also seems that one if the IPs you posted did match the user @roflcopters.
