I have had a dispute, I was clearly scammed, had all the evidence, the other person admitted on skype to scamming, and also I could find more information about the person scamming tens of more people via chargebacking. Paypal may seem helpful at first, but wait for their judgement. Which is in most cases not in favour of the person who didn't scam. Oh, and forgot to mention, if you're from Poland, you lose the case instantly. That is in their rules.

FYI TO EVERYONE PAYPAL DOES NOT COVER VIRTUAL PURCHASES OR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE NOT VISIBLE SO DO NOT BUY SOMETHING WITHOUT KNOWING YOU ARE RECEIVING THE ITEM

How did the phone call go? Hello I run a illegal non tax paying RUNESCAPE gold shop and fire cape services for $15 bucks/1 cape depending on stats and I recently have been charged back. Paypal: *dial tone*
